ลักษณะงาน
Job 1 is to receive problem complaint data from end users and collect the problem conditions (5W2H) to reflect the promotion of measures to prevent escape and correct (both in-house and supplier). The scope of the work is 1 person/1 model. By pushing the problem and monitoring, it must be done on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. This job is called PL Model.
Job 2 is a center to collect data from PL Model in clause 1 to report to management on a weekly basis and collect data from PL Model to send to the company center and ASH. This job is called PL Model Center.
Job 3 is a QC window to coordinate with service agencies both domestically and internationally to receive feedback on problems found in clause 1, but this is different in that this clause will load the data into Honda's global system and control progressive on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. This job is called SQ Function.
